Gallery contains paintings as well as mixed media and montages based
on my photographs.
The paintings are original
acrylic and pastels on paper or canvas.
The
mixed media consists of paintings
based on single color photographs. The paintings are laser-printed
and then transformed using acrylics and other media – covering
most if not all of the surface and often extending beyond the borders
of the original photograph.
The second group, fewer in number, consists of montages
created from photographs or parts of photographs, assembled by hand
and sometimes highlighted with oil pastel or other media. |
